● User/Client: Any individual or entity accessing the Website or engaging the Services.
● Services: Business consultation, credit optimization, funding strategies, shelf corporation financing, debt consolidation support, credit monitoring, entity formation, credit consulting, and credit limit negotiation advice offered under the Masonry Seed Money brand.

● A contingency fee of 10% of the total loan or credit obtained by the Client through the Company’s services will apply.
● No results are guaranteed.
● Clients agree to pay all fees associated with Services rendered.
● Payment methods accepted include credit card, Zelle, CashApp, or wire transfer.
● Payments made via invoice from Bread Squared LLC d/b/a Masonry Seed Money are legally binding and subject to this Agreement.
● Failure to remit payment may result in penalties, interest, collection actions, or legal proceedings.
The 10% contingency fee is payable upon the Client’s approval for credit or financing obtained through or as a result of the Company’s services. Clients agree to promptly notify the Company upon such approval.
● All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
● If the Company materially fails to provide Services as agreed, Clients may request review and resolution through our customer support team.
● All Website content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and materials, are the exclusive property of Bread Squared LLC d/b/a Masonry Seed Money.
● Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Website content without prior written consent.
● Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
● While we take reasonable measures to protect User data, the Company cannot guarantee that information transmitted over the internet is completely secure.
● The Company provides consulting, monitoring, and advisory services only.
● No results are guaranteed. Success depends on factors outside of the Company’s control, including the Client’s financial profile, credit history, and third-party institutions’ decisions.
● To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses, arising out of the use of our Services or Website.
● The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for Services rendered.
● Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their use of the Website or Services.
● This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
● Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
● The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.
● Continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
